Presentation Guidelines

Below you will find important information to help you prepare your presentation(s) for the Swiss Eye Week 2026. We encourage you to visit the page regularly for updates.

General information

The official language of the Swiss Eye Week 2026 is English.

The presentations rooms are equipped with a projector with USB-C and HDMI connection. We ask all speakers to bring your own laptop to connect to the projector in the respective presentation room - please also provide your presentation on a USB stick to the IMK staff member at the congress secretariat if you indicated to provide your presentation for the participants without changes.

If you cannot use your own laptop, please contact scientific@imk.ch latest by December 14, 2025.

Please arrive in due time to prepare your presentation setup.

Presentation format

- Presentation format (suggested): 16:9
- Video format: Avi, MPEG, MPG

Disclosure (must be inserted as the second slide after the cover slide)

- Include any financial interests/affiliations related to the information presented (e.g. sponsorship related to the information presented). Please also indicate if there is no financial interest/affiliation.
- Add any conflicts of interest related to the information presented. Please also indicate if there are no conflicts of interest.


Code of Conduct

The scientific integrity of the Swiss Eye Week 2026 and the facilitation of informed scientific exchange are high priorities for the SSO. All discriminatory content and language must be avoided, and gender equality must be ensured in all documents and presentations associated with the Swiss Eye Week 2026, both verbally and in writing
